Our Process

We value your time, as well as our own. Our process in working with customers has proven to be both efficient and effective in ensuring customer satisfaction

1. Initial phone conversation

We want to hear all about your project needs and expectations.

2. Geotechnical report and site plans

Once you provide the geo report and site plans, we’ll get to work planning your project. We are committed to value engineering every project to see where we can help cut costs while maintaining the highest quality of work.

3. Detailed bid and proposal

We’ll put together a proposal that outlines the scope of work, price, and associated terms and conditions. We believe in being transparent and upfront with our pricing.

4. Execute work

Upon approval of the proposal, we’ll set a schedule to execute the work and we’ll stick to that schedule. You’ll have an onsite superintendent who will be on the job full time and you’ll also see our owner onsite quite a bit.

5. Final walk through

We will not leave a job until you are completely satisfied.
